McNeil Disclosure Made Easy
McNeil Disclosure Made Easy
At SwiftLET we understand the burden R v McNeil places on Canadian Police Agencies. Managing the McNeil disclosure process can be time consuming and has inherent risks to ensure disclosures are accurate and timely.
Maintaining compliance with self-disclosure forms, cross-referencing professional standards investigations and generating disclosure documents all take valuable time that could better spent doing police work, instead of paper work.

What our customers are saying...
"...it’s perfect! I love how we only have to start typing the name of an officer and we could find them even with less characters and not have to write the whole name out!"

"Thank you! Great program by the way! I love it!"
Court Staff, BC Agency
"[The] New SWIFT MCNEIL [is] simpler to use, and it’s much easier to edit the MCNEIL document once it’s created and if an error was made. Two thumbs up here."

Step 1
Complete the disclosure web form. This requires minimal data entry and can integrate with existing data sources, such as Active Directory, HRIS or RMS to reduce data entry time even further.
The web form is customizable and can be self-disclosured (by Members) or per file.
Step 2
Professional Standards maintain the “active” misconduct files. This information is limited to Professional Standards only. The “list” can be customized and existing Professional Standards case tools can continue to be used to manage investigations.
Step 3
Disclosure entries are validated against the “list” of active investigations. If no investigation is active the McNeil form is auto-generated and can be sent to Crown. If an active investigation is found an email is sent to Professional Services for follow-up.
