This includes processing and fulfilling information requests, customization requests, Sales follow-ups and Support assistance on services such as Swift Law Enforcement Technology Ltd. trials and Demos. If you apply for a job with us, the information you provide will be collected, processed and stored for recruitment purposes. Some of your information may be retained for a reasonable period of time in order to evaluate you for future positions.

Our business service (email, CRM, website, etc.) provider is Zoho One. They maintain various certifications that validate their security policies and processes as well as comply with applicable legislation such as GDPR and international standards. Your personal information rights

Should you wish to have your Personal Information corrected, updated, amended or removed, you can simply request this by contacting us at privacy@swiftlet.ca. You may deactivate our Services by contacting us via email if you no longer wish to use them. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information at any time by contacting via the contact information listed on the www.swiftlet.ca website, but this may result in us being unable to provide you with the Service. We will respond to your requests for changes to Personal Information or Service changes as promptly as possible but no later than 30 days after receiving your call or request.


How long we retain your information

We retain your information for as long as you have a valid registration. We will keep and use your information as required in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement. If you contact us at privacy@swiftlet.ca. and request that we delete your information, we will do so within 30 days. 


Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations

Swift Law Enforcement Technology Ltd. may, where it concludes that it is legally obligated to do so, disclose personal data to law enforcement or other government authorities. Swift Law Enforcement Technology Ltd. will notify customers of such requests unless prohibited by law.
